Workshop in Computational Bioskills
Course 76552, Spring semester, 2010

Course Description:
Basic computational skills are essential for scientists in the Bioinformatics field.
In this course we will teach some of the most important skills, that will help you in your research. These include basic programming in UNIX and Perl, databases and Web-programming.
Prerequisites:
We assume basic knowledge in programming and in UNIX.
