I'm a senior lecturer (assistant professor) at the Rachel and Selim Benin School of Computer Science and Engineering at the Faculty of Science, the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

I received my PhD from Tel Aviv University, under the supervision of Prof. Ram Zamir. After that, I was a post-doctoral associate at the Signals, Information, and Algorithms Laboratory of Prof. Gregory W. Wornell at MIT.

My research areas include Information Theory, Signal Processing and Communication.

Specific projects include:

• Low-delay compression and joint source-channel coding
• Improved error-probability performance in networks using linear codes
• Information-theoretic problems in a combinatorial setting
• Joint matrix decompositions for communication networks
• Packet streaming over lossy links
• High-efficiency optical communication and key distribution
• Design of sparse antenna arrays
