Image processing toolbox

The advanced matlab functions are separated into toolboxs each toolbox concentrate on one specific field. In this course we would use mainly the ``images'' toolbox. It is a good idea therefore, to do the following:

1. Get help on the toolbox - by typing ``help images''.
2. Look at the different categories found there.
3. Run the first two demos - ``imdemo'' and ``dctdemo''

The next thing to do might be to go over the http document described in your home-page (Basic Image Processing with Matlab).
