You can find solution to the exam here
The final grade will be calculated as follows. First, the best 5 out of 7 exercises will be chosen and their average will be calculated. Let t denote their average and let e denote the exam grade. Then, the final grade will be max{0.7 e + 0.3 t , e}. You must submit at least 5 exercises in order to get a final grade. One of them must be either ex3 or ex7.

Exercise 7 is on the web ... The deadline for Ex. 7 is 20.02.2005 . You have plenty of time, so there will be no extensions. The "points per late submission" policy is also not relevant for this exercise.
