Neutral Edge Direction (NED) evaluation measure Homepage

This page contains the source code of the Neutral Edge Direction (NED) evaluation measure.

This is a measure used to evaluate dependency parses against a gold standard annotation.

It was developed in the Hebrew University by Roy Schwartz, Omri Abend, Roi Reichart and Ari Rappoport.
