Hi. My name is Shalom. My name is the Hebrew word for "Peace". I have no idea why I was given such a name, but hey, humans are strange. I live with my two humans, Matan and Efrat , and some annoying cat they insist on allowing into the apartment. The humans are not so bad for humans (not that this is such a big statement), and they rarely require to be scratched more then once to do what they are told. They even tend to be clean most of the time, but there hair tends to get so messed up, form time to time I just have to give them a bath. At night, if I'm in a nice mood, I let them sleep with me in the big bed. Sometimes they play "there is a mouse in the bed" and I hunt down their tows until they wakeup. Around sunrise, when it is best to be outside, the humans tend to pretend that I am not asking to go out, and they have to be put back into place. The annoying one just walks into the room and starts screaming at them. I don't think thats very catlike. I prefer to hop on the bed and on the humans, and if that dose not help, I stand on the keyboard until the computer beeps or just play "if I push this, will it make a nice sound?". not a bad game, mind you. And it gets them up REAL fast. I am a currently a student in the institute for Advanced Feline Research in Jerusalem.
