The Vaad members there were Iris Assulin (Chiloni), Ofer Feierman (Dati Leumi), Malcolm palmer (Charedi Leumi, Charedi). Firstly thanks to those of you who supplied us with information and also thanks to Stanley Chimes (Maor Hashemesh Editor) who joined the meeting and added his part. The outcome of it is as follows: 1) Within 10 days there will be a meeting with shalom Edri and the RBS project manager from Misrad Hashikun. it will be held on site and will include a walking tour of the interesting and pleasant sites to see in RBS! 2) The Vaad will prepare a report of all road problems, holes etc. which will be passed to Shalom Edri who will ensure that these are dealt with. 3) Reports of dogs should be made to 106 as there is a dog catcher employed now for RBS. he should ring you back to find out details and deal with the matter. 4) If there are drainage/sewerage problems you should make a note of them and fax them to Rav Alon at 02 990 9888, his telephone number is 02 990 9848. In general there were many issues that were raised but not dealt with s the iriya say they have not received the area yet from Misrad Hashikun and in our view we will not get further with these for the moment until we have the joint meeting on site. With regards to garbage it was revealed that the iriya has put collections out to tender and that the contact will be awarded within two months. This will result in collections three times a week.
