Our family is traveling across the USA from Trenton, New Jersey to San Francisco, California on to Seattle and back to Cleveland.  We leave home on June 25th and arrive back on or about September 2nd.

We use this site to keep track of our trip and our plans.  It gets updated regularly during the planning phase.  We hope to have sufficient connectivity across the USA to be able to update it during the trip.

Who are we?

We've got mom (Leiah), dad (Elliot) and six boys ranging from 5 to 14 years old (Gideon, Hillel, Naftali, Boaz, Asaf and Rafi).  We love company, and hope to have other families joining us along the way for portions of the trip.  So far, it looks like we are batting zero.

How are we doing it?

We are leasing two trucks (SUVs or Pickups) and driving both of them across the USA.  We plan on driving about four hours a day.  Our goal is to camp in tents as often as possible, saving motels for the rare necessity.
