Spatial range and sampling

Here we evaluate the sampling rate applied to the affinity matrix in the the Nystrom method and predicted by our analysis. When using large spatial interactions in this example of sparse edit propagation, 50 samples are enough to approximate the solution. As the interaction distances decreases higher number os samples is required.
